It's very annoying when losing ability to remember because of age factor. But you don't have to worry, there are several ways you can try to sharpen your memories, here are some of them, enjoy: * Increase your brain's memory capacity by getting enough sleep. It's believed if your brain will be very efficient when you are sleeping. *  A fit body can mean a sharp mind, just like national Institutes of Health show you. So you need to do exercise regularly. Staying fit is also great to prevent memory loss and and basic forgetfulness. * Stay sharp by doing mental exercises. Some good examples are jigsaw and Sudoku puzzle where numeral skills are required, are great to sharpen your mind. Reading is also great to keep mind active. * Food like fish (which contains Omega-3 acids) can strengthen the brain's memory. * Keep your mind organized by controlling your environment, thus it will make your mind relax. * Playing first person shooting (FPS) games.
